• Provide travel planning services to all of your wedding guests, worldwide

• Arrange airport transfers, ground transportation, stopover hotels, insurance, excursions, etc.

• Provide you with a regularly updated rooming list

• Secure all supplier bonuses which could include: complimentary passengers, room upgrades, seat upgrades, private cocktail party, complimentary excursions, future travel credits, and much more!

• Consultation and management of wedding budget

• Consultation and setting wedding style and design

• Research, consultation and booking of wedding venues

• Research and consultation of hair & makeup

• Research and consultation of wedding flowers and décor

• Research and consultation of wedding stationery

• Research and consultation of welcome bags, wedding favors and gifts

• Research, consultation and booking of up to 2 outside wedding vendors (officiant or priest, hairstylist, makeup artist, photographer, florist, decorator, entertainment, rentals, etc.)

• Research, consultation and booking of welcome cocktail and rehearsal dinner

• Create master itinerary for couple, guests and vendors
